Terms and Conditions
A legally binding agreement between you and AfriSlots, a licensed provider of online gaming services regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

1.4 Player Responsibility
It is your responsibility to read, understand, and comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You confirm that your use of our Services is lawful in your place of residence and that you will not use the platform in violation of any law, regulation, or contractual restriction.
You are also responsible for ensuring that any devices, software, or internet connections you use to access our Services are secure and meet minimum technical requirements.
2. Eligibility
To access and use our Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account and engaging with the platform, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old, or such higher age as may be required in your jurisdiction to legally participate in online gambling activities. - You are not a resident of, not ordinarily or habitually resident in, and not physically located in, and you do not access or use the platform from, any of the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Canadian Province of New Brunswick, China, Cuba, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, UK, USA, Yemen, Venezuela. You further represent, warrant, and confirm that you will not initiate or receive any transactions on or through the platform from, to, or for the benefit of any person or entity in any such jurisdiction, and that no funds or assets are made available, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of any person or entity in any such jurisdiction.
You are not:
- Self-excluded through our responsible gambling tools or through a national or third-party exclusion register;
- Currently suspended, restricted, or banned from our platform for reasons including breach of terms, fraud investigation, or responsible gambling concerns;
- Acting on behalf of another individual or using an account registered in someone else's name.
You agree that you are using the Services strictly for personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes. You may not register or use an account on behalf of any third party or operate multiple accounts under different identities. Use of VPNs or proxy services to bypass geo-restrictions may result in account suspension or closure.
3. Account Registration
To access our Services, you must first complete the account registration process and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any registration application at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
3.1 Accurate and Complete Information
When registering for an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including but not limited to:

You agree to promptly update your account information if there are any changes. We are not liable for the consequences of incorrect or outdated information provided by you.
3.2 One Account Per Player
You may only register and maintain one active account with us. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, or identifiers, are strictly prohibited. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same player, we may:
- Merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts;
- Void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts;
- Restrict or permanently ban access to our Services.
Shared, corporate, or group accounts are not permitted.
3.3 Verification and KYC Obligations

7. Prohibited Activities

- Conduct transactions for or on behalf of third parties without authorization.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of funds, and to suspend transactions pending verification.
7.5 Unauthorized Account Access
You may not access or attempt to access another player's account, share your credentials, or allow others to access your account on your behalf. Any suspicious access attempts may be investigated and reported where appropriate.
7.6 Abuse of Platform or Support Services
We will not tolerate:
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate language directed at support staff or other players;
- Attempts to intimidate, threaten, or manipulate outcomes through communications;
- Filing repeated, frivolous complaints intended to disrupt operations.
7.7 Consequences of Breach
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited conduct, we may take any of the following actions without prior notice:
- Suspend or permanently close your account;
- Void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited activity;
- Retain or reverse funds pending investigation;
- Report the matter to the Tobique Gaming Commission, financial institutions, or law enforcement.
8. Game Fairness and Malfunctions

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software or hardware failure, or any game misconfiguration that affects gameplay or outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets, reverse payouts, and correct account balances. 8.3 Player Responsibility
Players are responsible for ensuring the functionality of their own devices and internet connections when using our platform. We accept no liability for disruptions or interruptions caused by local hardware or connectivity issues outside our control. In cases where there is a discrepancy between a result displayed to the player and the outcome recorded by our system, the outcome recorded in our system shall be considered final.
9. Complaints and Disputes
We are committed to handling all player complaints in a fair, respectful, and timely manner. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, including issues related to accounts, payments, game outcomes, or customer support, you are encouraged to submit a formal complaint through the communication channels available on our platform.
To assist in reviewing your concern efficiently, your complaint should include:

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request an internal escalation, which will be handled by a senior staff member not previously involved in the decision. If, after escalation, the matter remains unresolved, you may refer the dispute to the Tobique Gaming Commission or, where applicable, an authorized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
We treat all complaints confidentially and in accordance with applicable law. Submitting a complaint will not impact your access to services or result in any form of discrimination.

10. Data Protection

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. These may include encryption, access controls, audit logging, and secure data storage practices.
10.4 Data Retention

11. Termination and Account Closure
Either party may terminate the use of our Services in accordance with these Terms. This clause sets out the conditions under which a Player may close an account and the circumstances under which we may suspend or terminate access to the platform.
11.1 Voluntary Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team through the official contact channels. Upon receipt of your request:
- We will confirm your identity and process the closure;
- Any remaining balances will be returned to you, subject to verification and compliance checks;
- If your account is subject to self-exclusion, closure may be made permanent and irreversible, in line with our Responsible Gambling Policy.
You remain responsible for any activity conducted on your account until closure is confirmed.
11.2 Account Suspension or Termination by the Operator
We may suspend or permanently close your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms;
- We detect or reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct;
- You provide false or misleading registration or verification information;
- Your activity presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users;
- Required by regulatory, legal, or responsible gambling obligations.
We may retain, forfeit, or withhold funds in your account where authorized by law or these Terms.
11.3 Dormant Accounts
If your account remains inactive for a defined period (typically 12 months), it may be classified as dormant. In such cases:
- We may notify you before applying dormancy procedures;
- Account access may be restricted until you take further action;
- Applicable handling procedures (such as reactivation or closure) will be applied in accordance with our policies and any legal requirements.
Dormant account terms may include restrictions on withdrawals and may be subject to administrative steps to protect your funds.
11.4 Effect of Termination
Upon account closure:
- Your license to use the platform is immediately revoked;
- Access to games, promotions, and balances is disabled;
- These Terms continue to apply to obligations that survive termination, including investigations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
12. Amendments

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue the use of the platform and request closure of your account. Any continued use of the Services following the effective date of the revised Terms will be deemed your acceptance of them.
13. Governing Law
We are licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission, which has the authority to oversee our gaming operations, enforce compliance, and review disputes relating to player interactions, regulatory matters, or the operation of our services.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, players may refer the matter to the Tobique Gaming Commission for regulatory adjudication. The Commission may, at its discretion, direct the matter to an authorized Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by law, legal proceedings in a court of law shall only be pursued in exceptional cases, such as those involving legal claims outside the Commission's authority. In such cases, jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with applicable law, but players acknowledge that the Tobique Gaming Commission remains the primary forum for the resolution of gaming-related matters.
